According to the NCW, when Maliwal went to the Chief Minister’s residence in Delhi, Bibhav Kumar was not present there. Bibhav Kumar was called after Swati Maliwal arrived. In such a situation, it is necessary to investigate the call detail record (CDR) of all the persons related to him including Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, so that it can be found out on whose instructions Bibhav Kumar was called.
According to the Delhi Police FIR, Maliwal has mentioned the events of May 13, when she went to Chief Minister Kejriwal’s residence in Civil Lines. She said that I went inside the camp office. I called CM’s PA Bibhav Kumar, but I could not go inside. Then I sent a message to his mobile number. However, there was no response.
After this I went to the premises of his residence. Where I often go. Bibhav Kumar was not present there. So I entered the residence premises and informed the staff present there that I have come here to meet the CM. All these things are written in the FIR. She further said that I was told that he is present in the house and I was asked to wait in the drawing room. I went to the drawing room and sat on the sofa and waited for him to meet me.
I came to know that the CM was coming to meet him, but suddenly PA Bibhav Kumar entered the room. He started shouting without any provocation. He also abused me. I was shocked. Not only this, he started slapping me. When I kept shouting continuously, he slapped me at least seven to eight times. I also shouted for help there. He deliberately pulled up my shirt.
She told that I told them repeatedly that I am going through menstruation. Please let me go. But they did not let me go. Then I sat there. I went to the sofa in the drawing room and picked up my glasses which had fallen on the ground during the attack. After this I called 112 and informed the police.
